Challenging Start to NPLVIC, Gaspa Scores Wondergoal

Northcote City FC have had a challenging start to life in the new NPL Victoria, losing 3-2 to Melbourne Knights.

Despite the loss, Northcote veteran Marino Gasparis provided the highlight of the match and a goal of the year contender, with a Van Basten-like volley after 17 minutes.
