Goalkeeper Phil Petrovski has extended his stay at Northcote City Football Club by re-signing ahead of the 2017 season.
Arriving at the start of 2016 from Goulburn Valley Suns, Petrovski worked hard to establish himself at John Cain Memorial Park and did so with a number of brilliant performances in goal particularly towards the end of the season.
The 21-year-old was glad to have settled the deal early on.
“There’s no doubt last season was a real rollercoaster for everyone involved at Northcote,” Petrovski said.
“Having said that I have thoroughly enjoyed being at the Club and now I can turn my focus to preparing for 2017. I’m confident we can make a fresh start and come back stronger.”
Several current players are in talks over new deals as coach Zeljko Kuzman begins to assemble his squad.
